Description:
TOPS Project is Commercial Finance’s project to replace the existing leasing system with SAP’s
ERP and CRM software solutions. Project is spread across multiple phases and will eventually
replace LeasePro and TIN applications that Commercial Finance uses for Credit Management,
Account Origination and Credit Risk Scoring.
Responsibilities:
• Installation and Configuration of Sandbox, Development, QA, Training, Stage and Production
environment.
• Involved in System Landscape Design and Client Instance Strategy.
• Defined, Configured and maintained STMS.
• Installed and Configured backup and recovery system using Veritas Netbackup
• Implemented Support Packages, transports, notes, add ons, Oracle Interim patches, ERP and
CRM Enhancement Package as per Project requirement and to fix specific bugs as
recommended by SAP
• Involved in Disaster recovery implementation and testing to ensure High Availability of
