Network Engineer
Network design and installation of streaming media contribution network including configuration of T1 and
fractional E3 circuits on CISCO 2621 and 3660 routers, respectively. Configuration of Extreme Alpine 3808
switch including operating system and boot ROM upgrades, VLAN configuration, routing, quality of service
profiles for bandwidth prioritization, access lists, and trunking between switches and Network Attached
Storage (NetApps).
Streaming server setups and deployment in co-location facilities from installation of Windows 2000 Server,
Installation of Real Server, Windows Media Server, Lariat Reader Client (for capturing statistical information
on streams viewed) on both Dell 2450 and Compaq DL380 server platforms. Setup and configuration of
RedHat Linux 7.0 Web servers (Apache) for custom application.
