PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

12/2003 – Present: Commercial Sales Executive, Business Class

Services, Time Warner Cable.

I provided consultative sales for business customers for the complete portfolio of

business broadband and technology products, to include access, Ethernet over

DOCSIS, fiber optics dedicated access, business class telephone services, PRI

circuits, managed storage and firewall protection. Identified, developed and closed

large geographically disperse territory. Developed and nurtured integrator partner

relationships and referral programs. I received awards for sales excellence in 2004

and 2005 National Fast Start Achievement and 2005 – 2009 Achievers’ Cup

recognition for performing at the top 2% of the corporation’s national sales

representatives for sales in excess of 150% annual quota.

2001-12/2003: Director of Sales and Marketing, CREG Systems

Corporation.

Increased corporate revenues through direct sales and innovative marketing of core

products and management of sales professionals for telecommunications

interconnect and data networks company. Created and implemented sales

processes and organization for “ground up” development of the sales and marketing

department, resulting in increased revenues and operational efficiency. Identified

and developed new and collaborative marketing initiatives to increase geographic

Developed and trained teams for product certification from Nortel Networks,

2000-2001: Senior Account Executive, Thousand Islands

Communications/GiSCO Technologies Group.

Recruited as the top sales executive for telecommunications sales for facilities-based

Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) to market T1 and PSTN circuits, wireless

networks, and internet services to corporate and government customers. Created

sales teams to market pre-IPO services, and closed contracts in excess of $500k

commitment prior to availability of services. I assisted in the development and

implementation of branding efforts to transform company from small local Internet

Service Provider (ISP) to pre-IPO full services telecommunications and technology

provider, with tremendous success. Identified target markets, trained and

developed sales teams, and forged strategic partnerships within related industries,

increasing committed revenues and opening greater geographic territories.

2000-9/2000: Systems Installation Manager, PKMM Inc.

Served as the systems installation manager for the operational development, testing,

and evaluation of over $153mil prototype digital communications and control

systems experiment for the Department of Defense. As project manager, I

accomplished the integration and installation of electronic voice and data networks

into more than 400 mobile and airborne platforms without interruption of current

capabilities. To complete integration, I educated competing technology teams on

current capabilities and user operational requirements to create a cooperative team-

focused environment. I received commendation from Top Level Department of

Defense Program Manager for my contributions to success of project.

1995-2000: Registered Representative and Agent, United Services

Planning Association and Independent Research Agency (USPA &

IRA)

I operated a highly successful financial consulting business as a sole proprietor

franchise, servicing executive level professional client base in investment portfolio

development, estate preservation, resource management, and financial counseling.

I was recognized as a corporate leader in client service, market expansion, product

and industry knowledge, business conservation, and volume sales excellence. I

achieved consistently high level of sales quotas, receiving commendation and

acceptance into corporation’s top producer clubs, and received numerous awards

1987-1995 Captain, US Army Military Intelligence Corps

. As a decorated military officer and technical manager, I served in domestic, international and

combat assignments as a successful commander and battle staff planner. My area of

specialty is Digital Communications planning, Intelligence Asset Planning, Weapon

System Targeting, and Counterintelligence. I was recognized for excellence as a

project manager for secure communications equipment and facilities certification

programs and noted at the national executive level for my roles in the development

and successful integration of intelligence and communications modernization and
