Overview I have over 20+ years in management experience with the last eight years being a

Multi-unit District Manager with over 5 million in annual sales. I was responsible for all aspects

of my operations from contracts, full P&L responsibility, budgeting, customer service, recruiting

and training of employees. Through my many years in management, I have developed and

implemented many different marketing programs to improve client and company image. Along

with developing a strong customer service program, I achieved both corporate long-term and

short-term goals.

Responsible for all aspects of my operations from contracts, full P&L responsibility, budgeting,

customer service, recruiting and training of employees.

Working directly with top company executives on developing budgets and

optimizing product costs along with aligning fixed costs to projected sales.

Developing customized programs to maintain client and customer

relationships through upper management for individual locations and

states.

Supervising unit management team on loss prevention, merchandising,

customer service, inventory levels and ordering strategies along with

sanitation and quality audits.

Responsible for hiring, motivating and training all unit management teams

to be able to achieve set goals and accountabilities.

Open and remodel new cafeterias, hire employees, supervise all initial

setup.
