6/07 – present End of Life Care 24/7 for my 88 yr old mother with end-stage CHF until

she died 5/12/08, and helping my husband’s 88 and 90 y.o. parents and

caring for other family needs.

prescribed sched. 2-6 drugs for acute illnesses, injuries, chronic diseases,

physicals, gyn exams, paps, STD testing for women inmates. Chronic

care included but was not limited to diabetes, HTN, CAD, dyslipidemia,

obesity, malnutrition, musculoskeletal disorders, pain, thyroid disorders,

Developed a diagnostic algorithm for menopausal patients for NRSG 585:

Nursing of Adults class called, “Ovary Over the Hill Syndrome.” Dr. Mashchak

referred her menopausal patients to me for management.
