increased 10%-25% each year.

• Prepared all financial statements and a wide range of detailed analysis pertaining to client

profitability, branch profitability, agent productivity and airline marketshare goals.

• Directly supervised Information Technology, Accounting and Human Resources

departments with a combined staff count of 15 employees.

• Negotiated favorable airline and car override agreements and implemented an agent

During this time, the division turned around an 18 million dollar annual loss into 6 million dollar

operating profit.

• Supervised Accounts Receivable staff of 16 employees responsible for cash transfers,

deposits, invoice billing, and reconciliation of $12 million/month credit card receivables billing

system to G/L.

• Prepared the following financial forecasts: weekly department cash flow estimate for

Corporate treasury, monthly proforma income schedules and merchandise inventory projections.

Explain budget variance to division level Controller and CFO. Prepared annual budgets for

planning and control at division, zone, and store levels.
