Responsible for developing and driving the Talent Acquisition function and strategy for Central
and Eastern Europe (CEE) in a region with 24 subsidiaries supporting 32 countries bringing in
high caliber talent. This role is a part of the HR Leadership Team, focusing on planning and
driving talent management, sourcing and staffing initiatives in coordination with subsidiary
Staffing Leads and HR teams.
Responsible for designing and implemented the Talent Management strategy for all 32
countries related to identifying, classifying, and the timely movement of key high caliber talent
across to positively impact talent growth & development and strategic business needs. The
program was designed and implanted within my first 90 days on the job and deemed a ‘best
practice’ in talent management for the region.
This role was then further expanded and was tasked to lead diversity efforts as the Diversity
champion for the region working with the EMEA director and HR LT to build a framework and
design programs aligned to the needs of the Area. For Global staffing needs I was as a member
of the Microsoft International Staffing Leadership Team, responsible for designing and
implementing a worldwide framework to attract, source, and retain top talent.

Israel). The position reported to the MS Israel Country Director of HR In this role, I was
responsible for a Staffing Team of 13 (5 Recruiters, 6 Staffing Coordinators, Academy Recruiter
and Staffing Administrator) to support the Israel Strategic Development Center (ILDC) which
includes the businesses of Telecom, Security, Innovation Labs, and Online Services. Additional
responsibilities were to create and maintain strong relationships with the practice leaders and
hiring managers to ensure recruiting efforts are consistent with business goals; drive recruiting
processes that ensure consistency with the Microsoft ILDC core-recruiting brand; manage
executive searches for senior-level staff; leverage best practices around process, systems,
candidate development, and research; develop search plans and research process management
and market segmentation; ensure strong relationships with Agency partners; monitor budget and
recruitment costs; analyse trends and feedback; monitor and report on key recruitment metrics;
led the training & development of Hiring managers and Interviewers to improve the selection

Tasked with creating a staffing function for this strategic acquisition of the Entertainment
Division. The role included engaging senior leaders to fill critical open positions, create a
consistent offer generation process, create an internal MS transfer process following legal
guidelines, vendor selection for external searching, create a requisition process with Finance &
Business Leads, internal posting process, design subsidiary recruitment process, coordinate
MGR/Expatriate packages, design relocation process for employees, assist with designing global
workforce planning and FY09 budget. Also represented E&D as a member of the International
Staffing Leadership Team.
STRATEGIC TALENT MANAGEMENT, CENTER OF EXCELLENCE Seattle, WA

Division.
A client-facing role for the Entertainment/Mobile business of Microsoft which focused on the
Senior Executive and High Potential employees of Microsoft’s key leadership and reported into
the Center of Excellence for Talent Management. The position consisted of two core areas; build

level talent and other high potential talent in the context of the corporate slating and coaching
processes. I supported the Entertainment & Devices Division of Microsoft and work closely
with their in-business Organizational Development and HR staff.
