million TIC. Included detailed design and procurement, 3D piping model.

Western Refining: El Paso, TX Project Manager of major capital projects ranging to $10

million EPCM, including new crude heater and LSR Naphtha Hydrotreater.

Resource Sciences Arabia, LTD: Tokyo, Japan Served as lead project manager over a

Japanese contractor to develop scope and bid packages for EPC projects exceeding $500

million. Assigned to various projects throughout Saudi Arabia and Japan.

Cantarell Project (PEMEX): Campeche, Mexico Provided management and engineering

expertise while supervising multi-national engineering and construction activities toward a major

Mexico; $130 million EPC project.

KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Co.): Ahmedi, Kuwait PMCfor a major refinery expansion

project in Kuwait that included an FCC revamp, alkylation, MTBE, and a Spent Acid

RecoveryUnit; $500 million EPC project. Japanese contractor, engineering in Tokyo.

Quantum Chemical: Houston, TX Scoping documents, start-up, and commissioning for

several capital projects in La Porte, Texas ranging in value from $2 million to $10 million.

Koch Refining: Pasadena, CA Resident project manager of major domestic engineering

corporation responsible for the EPC of a major grass roots refinery, totaling $850 million.

Project included a hydrocracker, hydrogen plant, sulfur recovery plant, and delayed coker.

Chevron USA / Shell Oil: Project Manager - Chevron USA and Shell Oil multi refinery capital

revamp projects. Responsibility for project controls, procurement, engineering design,

construction management, commissioning and start-up.
