PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

DANA HOLDING CORPORATION, Stockton, Ca.

Title: Human Resources Business Partner September 2006 to March 2009

Company: Dana is a world leader in the supply of axles; driveshafts; and structural, sealing, and thermal-management products; as

well as genuine service parts. The company's customer base includes virtually every major vehicle and engine manufacturer in the

global automotive, commercial vehicle, and off-highway markets, which collectively produce more than 65 million vehicles annually.

Primary duties included: ensure implementation of Dana policies and standardized processes within the Dana Stockton facility,

assist Center of Excellence in defining facility strategies (i.e. training), deploy strategies and programs designed by the Dana Centers

of Excellence & Service Provider, assist and facilitate employee development programs from Dana Organization Development &

Learning Centers of Excellence, facilitate issue resolution between employees and managers, as required (employee relations),

perform employee duties, including internal grievance procedures, coordinate staffing (including recruiting, selections, and placement)

with Dana Centers of Excellence, act as a consultant to Business Leaders for Human Resource issues (i.e., career development,

of manufactured housing. The Company was founded in 1950 and had its initial public offering in 1965. Headquartered in Riverside,

California, Fleetwood has approximately 13,500 associates working in manufacturing facilities and retail sales centers throughout the

United States and in Canada.

Primary duties consisted developing/instilling the Human Resources Department, salary planning, succession planning, all

recruitment including exempt and managerial positions, developed potential talent, employee relations, union avoidance, managed

payroll by providing support & training, traveled 35%, coaching & advising management and implementation/communication of new

company policies/procedures.

worldwide. Primary duties consisted of developing the Human Resources Department in a newly acquired subsidiary and managing

both the Agoura Hills, CA and Louisville, KY facilities.

orientation, succession planning, employee relations, union avoidance including training and positive employee relations, affirmative

action, salary planning, benefit administration, recruitment & development of personnel including all senior management,

implementation and enforcement of all company’s policies and procedures (organizational effectiveness). Successful implementation

of GE’s values to the Agoura Hills and Louisville sites. Implemented electronic performance review process and salary banding.

in the Vernon facility, the largest of the five distribution facilities with over 250 employees. In addition, also supervised the Human

Resources functions of the San Diego (union) and Maywood (non-union) plants with a combined total of 190 employees.

development/implementation/communication & enforcement of all company's policies & procedures and managing the labor relations

with both unions (UFCW & Teamsters). Partnered with C.E.O., C.F.O., and V.P. of Human Resources to further enhance all
