Almost twenty years of experience working with local start up companies to major international
corporations as a customer service representative, technician, team supervisor, trainer and client relations manager.
Using the latest in techniques, computer equipment, off-the-shelf software and in-house programs to create working
solutions on time, under budget with innovative and practical answers for both customer and company. Working
with volunteer community organizations to government projects in both work and volunteer environments.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
SOS STAFFING SERVICES (2008 – 2009) Salt Lake City, Utah
Position: Support Technician Level II
Duties: Provided technical support for SOS employees and offices in 23 states for network issues, computer repair
and various software issues. Technical writing on various knowledge based articles. Account creation for new SOS
Employees. Additional duties as needed.
UNISYS (2005 – 2008) Salt Lake City, Utah
Position: Service Support Representative, Escalations Agent, Team Lead
Duties: Provide support to various international business clients via phone and email. Single Point of Contact for
various resolver groups assigned to oversee business systems and computer networks. Assisted with development of
new training materials. Assisted with quality control monitoring and queue flow control. Monitoring and assisting a
team of 20 techs as a supervisor. Prepared various technical and procedure documentation. Worked on federal
government projects in a supervisory role. Additional duties as needed.
IKANO (1999 – 2005) Salt Lake City, Utah
Positions: Customer Service Representative, Domain Technician, Supervisor, Trainer, and Client Relations Manager
Duties: Provide support for customers of 250+ ISP clients via phone, email and online chat. Provided support for
customers using personal websites and domains. Supervised teams of 15 support technicians. Provided training for
incoming employees, quality control and additional training of existing employees, testing of new in-house software
and providing documentation for new software. Coordinated build of new clients to use many of IKANO’s services
and goods. Project manager for many clients including setting up new accounts. Additional duties as needed.
RENT-A-GEEK (1999 – 1999) Ogden, Utah

Duties: Travel to customer’s homes and businesses to provide technical support for various computer systems. Sold
systems to interested customers in store and over the phone. Additional duties as needed.

Duties: Provide support for AOL customers via phone and later through online chat (Member Help Interactive)

Manages a group of 20+ volunteers to assemble a local SF convention. Currently serving on the
