Manager Mergers & Acquisitions - Oct 2007 to current

• Project manager, providing retail systems, finance & operations expertise for

Hydro Tasmania’s expansion into electricity retailing, with management of the

resulting transition & integration project.

• Achievements include:

o The purchase of an independent retailer in September 2008

o Development of financial models for valuation of the retail business.
