Corporate Lean Manager 2003 – 2005 Southfield, MI
Worked with corporate team to develop and implement Federal-Mogul
Production System through 106 plants in North America and Europe.
Savings from the implementation were a reduction of $160 million in
conversion costs and $150 million in reduction of capital needed to
increase capacity.
Responsible for implementing Lean Systems in the six largest plants in
North America, one plant in England, and one plant in Italy that
contributed to Federal-Moguls’ emergence from Chapter 11.
