operating budget in excess of $500 thousand dollars.
• Perform annual performance reviews and periodic individual counseling on subordinates.
• Supervise the maintenance efforts of a team of thirteen mechanics and one technician over four shifts
responsible for the 24/7 operation of a non-woven textile environment.
Facilities Manager - Responsible for the upkeep of a 70,000 square foot plant including landscape, waste removal,
chiller maintenance, HVAC maintenance, safety, annual inspections, house keeping, etc.
• Received zero discrepancies during state inspections for fire/pressure vessel inspections three years running.
• Safest U S Cotton plant out of three for three years in a row.

Managed an operations department responsible for scheduling, planning, and tracking of C-130 aircraft missions

• Supervised the maintenance of 15 technicians responsible for a 24 hour maintenance effort maintaining C-
130 aircraft in a ready for flight status deployed overseas.
• Managed over 250 accounts for the Government Travel Charge Card Program reducing delinquency rate by
30% and travel claim error rate by 20%.

Production Control Supervisor/Maintenance Manager NAS Atlanta, U.S. Navy (1998 – 2001)
Supervised the maintenance effort of 116 personnel in 12 work centers ensuring an efficient, effective, and safe
maintenance department.
• Administrated a $19 million dollar repairable and $623 thousand dollar consumables budget.
• Managed the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance effort of 42 technicians on 946 items of Support
Equipment utilizing a computer program to track and document maintenance tasks.
• Provided training for licensing of assigned support equipment to seven tenant activities.
• Supervised hydraulic contamination, tool control, tire and wheel safety, corrosion control, shop safety,
hazardous material/waste, welding, quality assurance inspector, and licensing programs.
• Proactive approach to maintenance increased the Ready for Issue rate by 9.6%, decreased repair turnaround
time by two days, and reduced awaiting parts backlog by 40% which contributed to the Air Station receiving the

• Supervised and managed 12 work center supervisors responsible for the maintenance effort of 124
technicians performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of six P-3C aircraft.
• Supervised 14 personnel responsible for the safe launch, recovery, movement, cleaning, and fueling of all
squadron and transit aircraft.
• Directed daily and pre-operational inspections on 20 separate items of support equipment.
