Program/Project Manager
Successfully managed multiple simultaneous projects with cross-functional teams to reconfigure licensee operations to a
new frequency band to meet FCC compliance. Gathered technical information of 2.5 GHz analog/digital video operations,
conducted site surveys, simulated power flux density (PFD) contours and created plans utilizing MapInfo to migrate their
existing operations to new frequencies. Collaborated with Strategy and Network teams to create transition and launch
schedules by prioritizing markets. Assisted in creating workflows to make the process efficient and provided requirements
for data collection web-tool (PTDR) and deal managing software (Mercury).
Accomplishments:
Oversaw a $3M project budget of a $14M initiative and saved $300K through vendor/licensee negotiations over
transition activities.
Successfully managed the completion of Transitions, ahead of schedule and under budget, in over 68 BTAs
(markets) covering more than 85 MM pops.
Automated the Transition Plan creation process resulting in a significant time savings.

Managed network operations for over 200 customers globally utilizing SalesForce, including level 2 fault isolation.
