implementation of changes to the database, and train associates. Function in a project management role to
analyze existing processes and procedures and drive strategic re-alignment through functional marketing teams –
creating faster, more efficient, cost saving processes. Provide consultative support on direct marketing program
design and legal/compliance requirements. Develop tactical marketing plans for direct mail programs - including
timelines, production arrangements, and ad agency communications. Manage an internal compliance database
system, approve training and work with our legal department on the use of consumer preferences for email, direct
mail, and telemarketing and develop the processes for their use.
