Memorial Hospital – As Interim CIO, reorganized IT department of 200-bed hospital. Created

and prioritized projects to rebuild and upgrade infrastructure for business demands using TQM

agreements for the IT department, executive management, and all of the user communities.

Conducted assessment and selection of network, digital communications and PBX (VoIP)
