Automation) from Inviting bids to evaluation till closure of purchase process.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Increase in 70% of warehouse capacity in Blanket Warehousing by introducing, designing and commissioning of

Selective Mezzanine racking therefore reduction of 50% labor cost by palletizing the material handling & storage

system from production unit to Warehouse till dispatch. In house designing & fabrication of racks resulted in saving

further 35% of total cost of the Racking project. ( AIICo.)

• Deployed focused approach and successfully disposed non-moving stock of 370MT (age over 5-10 years) during first

12-months. Recognizing the performance, The Group management placed 4 more Stores for Furniture & Blankets

unit under my control just after 12-months of my joining. ( AIICo.)

• Entrusted responsibility of establishing. Fixed Asset Tracking System for company assets worth 500 Million SAR

using Bar code technology. ( AIICo.)

• Facilitating single handedly turnkey projects like commissioning of self supported warehouse and material handling

systems estimated to be more than 5 Million Saudi Riyals from placing order, to award of contract plus project

execution. ( AIICo.)

• Analyzed & re-evaluated Bill of Materials of Finished & semi Finished goods and achieved a reduction of material

composition resulting in cost savings upto 20%. ( AFG)

• Successfully codified and arranged all stocks covering entire engineering, operational spares, consumables &

surplus (more than 75,000 different type of items) received from EPC contractors like EIL, Lurgi, Daelim, Technimont,

• Arranged single handedly disposal of Project Scrap worth of 20 million INR as Officer In-Charge from inviting bids to
