• Facilitate successful working relationships with vendors using supportive professional
communication to ensure that the vendor is meeting the needs of the organization.
• Developed and instituted a rotational layoff program (RLO) for departmental cost savings while
minimizing the loss of service – one for employees and one for contractors. The cuts were

the department to keep the staff required to keep systems working while being able to cut the
costs needed. This program has multiple steps defined based on the level of cost savings needed.

successful project included separating systems, accounting, purchasing and receiving. The
project was completed on-time in less than three months.

meetings, demonstrations, discovery, technical aspects, functional aspects and contracts. The
determination phase is in the final stages – once completed, the new system will commence as
soon as the funding is in place.
• Project Lead for evaluating vendors and contracts. Developed and sent out RFQs, compiled and
compared incoming bids, verified vendor background checks and finalized the most
advantageous contracts for company. This has been for new and existing service, software,
hardware or personnel contracts.
• Implemented a process that requires users to define their system requests in writing. Review
request to determine requirements (personnel, time, cost, impact and priority) with team. Notify
requestor of determination and discuss rationalization.
