Summary
As a successful manager in manufacturing with varied duties and responsibilities, I have excelled in all
areas of the plant production and technical processes during my career in paper, utilizing my chemical
engineering/wood and paper science degrees to perform at a high level in production, troubleshooting,
quality, safety, purchasing, environmental, training, and management. Since my position at Caraustar has
been eliminated, I am seeking to continue my career at a progressive company where I may utilize my
talents to improve the production and profitability at my new firm.

Technical Coordinator
• Led plant troubleshooting activities during major process upsets
• Guided and assisted Shift Supervisors and hourly employees on daily operational
troubleshooting issues
• Trained hourly employees on plant quality and process, as it related to their positions
• Perform Production Superintendent duties during absences
• Manage plant as part of weekend duties and general manager absences
