Key Achievements:
• Managed the migration of Williams Power (coal, oil, natural gas generation plants) proprietary
applications into the BearEnergy infrastructure which included relocating the commodities trading desks,
the IT infrastructure and control systems also duplicated all desktop related power plant control
applications located in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Houston, Texas.
• Managed the technology integration of Xspand Inc. to Bear Stearns. The integration entailed the on
boarding of 100 Xspand employees and ensured all corporate security, network infrastructure, and
desktop engineering processes and procedures were adhered to. This included the transfer of
databases and proprietary data to the Bear Stearns data center over the course of one year.
• Managed the Integration and implementation of all IT systems after the acquisition of Delta Power (coal,
oil, natural gas generation plants) which includes eighteen power plants throughout the United States.
Oversaw the review and approval of pricing for technology related acquisitions to ensure compliance
with contractual terms, and competitiveness of prices.
• Handled the complete IT infrastructure build for a new branch office location in Wilmington, DE to
support Custodial Trust Corporation, the banking subsidiary of Bear Stearns.
• BSRM (Bear Stearns Residential Mortgage) - Project managed the new build of a branch office in King
of Prussia, PA. for 200 new employees.
• Negotiated with Services Strategic Partner and provided Rules of Engagement, Operational Procedures
and Implementation guidelines for replacement of NICE Renaissance Systems (Trading Desk Voice
Recording Systems) for New York and New Jersey Bear Stearns locations.
• Analyzed project specifications and requirements to developed budgets and schedules; solicited bids
and awarded vendor contracts; monitored project expenditures to ensure compliance with established
forecasts and timelines.
