I've read the US Constitution, I've studied it, I've been taught it
in multiple schools and settings, I've examined the consequences of
it not saying what it does and I've examined the opinions of the
legal profession versus the US Constitutional text. I'll take the US
Constitutional text every time. And whats been learned here
qualifies me in every regard to reject low ball non-sensical offers
that can't hire employees, pay their wages-taxes-benefits or
purchase required business materials related to customer problem
solutions. And they want to ignore decades of R&D personal
expenditures and value without payment or compensation of any kind
with their offers. Seems to me the A=L+E formula has one more
component A(t)=L(t)+E(t) for all t and must balance across time or
the value and accounting isn't real.
