Epsilon is a leading online marketing agency. At Epsilon, I was responsible for coding and reviewing
HTML email newsletters and campaigns. Multiple projects came in every day with very fast turn-
around times.
Created and reviewed HTML email marketing and newsletters for multiple clients per day.
Sliced layouts in Photoshop and hand-coded the images into HTML and CSS, paying careful
attention to the features that various email clients support and don't support.
Optimized images in Photoshop, keeping the images looking faithful to the originals while
significantly reducing file sizes, important for delivery via email.

Web Developer
Arc90 is a consulting company. My main responsibilities involved creating a front end for an
application for McGraw Hill, and building several back end components for Arc90’s first product,
Kindling.
Created a dynamic front end for the Question Picker application for McGraw Hill (part of their
new Connect application), making extensive use of jQuery/JavaScript and Ajax.
Added “Remember Me” user login functionality for Kindling in PHP using best practices for
storing and accessing user information.
Used ImageMagick and PHP to create and resize thumbnails for file attachments that users can
upload to Kindling.
Created a graphical file storage meter for Kindling using ImageMagick and PHP.
Created functionality that allows Kindling to automatically email account owners if their storage
space runs low.
Fixed numerous cross-browser bugs and inconsistencies in Kindling.
Communicated bugs and features with teammates using Subversion and Trac.

Zelouf International was seeking to create an online catalog for their clients. Requirements consisted
of providing an electronic showroom that displayed a selection of the range of fabrics that the
company sold, and providing a means for clients and potential clients to easily contact the sales staff
and make requests.
Designed and built both the client UI and back end tools to manage the site.
Wrote most content and took many of the photographs used in the site, integrating stock
photographs where necessary.
Designed and built a Flash and HTML/CSS interface.
Maintained the site by updating information and graphics.

Programmer
WinMobil was a system under development specifically designed for auto PCs. It was built on top of
Windows XP, and was to include many features such as full multimedia playback, limited control of
power locks and windows, full diagnostic information from the vehicle, e-mail and web access.
Created .NET WinForm controls and programs, such as a custom progress bar.
Integrated playlists from Windows Media Player into the main program using the Windows
Media Player API.
Created a CD ripper by integrating the LAME MP3 Encoder and another free library.
Created a substantial part of an e-mail client using the POP3 protocol.
