WORK HISTORY
Director of Account Services
Gray Web Technology + Design – Current Employer
San Antonio, Texas
I am the account executive for over 100 accounts ranging from corporations to “mom & pop” start-ups. I also
manage three developers within my department along with designers and developers from other departments as
needed. Aside from fulfilling client requests, I work with the company partners, creative teams, and technical
developers to brainstorm, scope out and sell new sites, interactive elements, new media initiatives and “spin-off”
developments. I am extremely client-centric. However, I also focus, intently, on interdepartmental communication,
work flow and idea sharing. I manage my clients, projects and department with emphasis on numbers, ROI and end
user experience. My personal goal for every project is exceeding client expectations, ensuring the company is well
represented and keeping all projects on budget and on time.
Traffic/Project Manager

This was my first position after graduating from college. BDA is a family owned graphic design company consisting

advancement.
Entertainment Columnist

I wrote for my college newspaper’s entertainment section. My assignments varied from movie reviews for Chicken
Little and Domino to venue coverage of Spike Lee’s lecture and the university’s annual drag show. I resigned from
this position after graduating from college.
