Lead and manage all web properties and applications within the organizations. This includes: Online banking, SCCU.com,

EFFCU.org, and Intranets. In addition to these web technology items I lead the implementation and integration of various branch/retail

line of business applications. Serve as Member of Merger Integration team. Leadership and management responsibility for team of 15

employees (with additional contractors).

Highlights include:

Developing (and releasing) software code developed in house for Corillian’s online banking platform, Voyager.

The organization has not been able to accomplish this since 2003.

Lead the deployment of new technical architecture for SCCU.com (and EFFCU.org)

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Manage enhancement projects for Metavance several releases (2.6, 2.6A, 2.6B, 2.7, 2.7A, 2.7B, 2.8, 2.8 A). These projects covered a

variety of healthcare specific domain areas including: Contracts, ID Cards, Scrubbing, Account receivable, Invoices, Medicare,

Medicare Part D, Cash Application, MDE, ASO, General Ledger, EBPP, SMF, Auto enrollment, Stop Loss, and 834 functionality.

Manage numerous defects. From a technical perspective these projects involved: Batch Jobs, Web client integration, 3rd party

integration (claims systems, alternate ID systems), APIs to 3rd party systems as well as Metavance APIs. These project management

responsibilities ran the entire project lifecycle including: project pipeline management, defining and delivering scope/requirements as

expected, controlling the entire financial lifecycle of all the projects as well including estimation and tracking/monitoring of financial

metrics. Project metrics were rolled up and used for revenue forecasting.

In addition to project management responsibility a number of operational teams were started and lead including:

Client focused testing team which performed: end to end testing, full regression testing, conversion testing

as well as Metavance functionality specific testing for ASO, Autoenrollment, Certificate of coverage, Id

Cards, Premium Billing. This team also functioned in a QA capacity for high-impact projects to the client.

In addition one-time conversions were test with near real-time client data. The team also mentored the

client on how to test new functionality. Initially only EDS operating environments were used to test. Within

one year the client saw such value in these process that the testing started earlier in the EDS development

areas – and went all the way through to client pre-production environments. This was a best shore and US

based team. Proved the value of this team to the client several times.

Wrapper team: Wrappers are applications focused in the area of publish and subscribe technology using the

Metavance APIs. Wrappers are used as multi-system integration points. In addition to the creation of new

code, this team focused on the conversion of COBOL code to All Fusion Gen code. This project won

multiple innovation awards.

A number of operational system and procedures were also created including:

Issue tracking database – which enable issues to be work on and monitored by several resources

eRoom - which was used for all project deliverables and approvals (over 200 users)

Client production data usage (HIPAA Guidelines) – which enable accurate development testing. Additional

HIPAA Guidelines were created for this unique situation.
