ii. Successfully implemented a centralize Application (MAPICS) Support Help Desk with

pertinent IT policy amendments for DPL Group (11 Companies).

iii. As application support engineer maintained rigid user respond time and delivery times (except

for priority changers) on user requests. Singlehandedly carried out ERP Customizations,

Enhancements, Data Warehousing, Data Mining, Trouble Shooting, System & Module Testing,

Post implementation follow- ups and System Auditing across the DPL group.

iv. Successfully implemented a GUI based Management Info. Sys. known as Key Performance

Indicator monitoring sys. (KPIMS) using AS400 as a data source and VB.NET 2008 with

Crystal reports 11 as front end. System provide detailed graphical presentation on Turnover

Growth, ROCE, Production/Sales margin indexes, Production (Quality, Downtime cost,

Production trends), Stock holding periods, Projects (Resources Vs Impact), Finance,

Maintenance, etc.

v. New project initiated to employ AI (Artificial Intelligence) concepts like predictions and base

knowledge to identify customer order patterns, Raw material replenishment patterns, and

frequent system trouble shooting. By doing this I wish to provide valuable insight to top and
