Responsible for planning, sales, marketing, finance, operations and administration for $95 million in revenue for

the fundraising and merchant promotions businesses. Responsible for leading over 500 employees in United

States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Executive Vice President, Operations, January 2007 to December 2008. Responsible for Customer Service,

Office/Building Management, Logistics, Procurement, Publishing, and Client Relations functions with over 140

employees and an annual budget of $17 million.

Senior Vice President, Human Resources, November 2003 to January 2007. Responsible for leading the

corporation’s human resources, training and development and communication functions for over 1100

employees throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

develop our internal skilled talent pool and develop leadership capabilities for the organization.

Co-chaired the analysis, selection and implementation of quality improvement initiative

resulting in over $1,000,000 in saving within one year.

Consolidated medical plans and reduced medical expenses by 16%.

Negotiated a gain share incentive plan from profit sharing in UAW environment resulting in

25% productivity improvement and increased quality.

Purchased and implement within HR function client-server based system which resulted in

Purchased and implemented Peoplesoft and realized a 60% reduction in paper reports and

reduced annual system maintenance expenses by 50%.

Eliminated excess human resources department positions for a staff reduction of 18%.

Implemented an attendance policy, which resulted in an 80% reduction in unwarranted time

from work and created an up-front payment program, which resulted in reduced absenteeism.

Designed a productivity measurement and recognition system, which realized a 4-5% annual
