Responsible for concept, colour, creating and sourcing entire line of print
for each season of Leifsdottir Brand.

Worked extensively with various US companies as an off-site freelance
designer, known for extremely fast turnaround time and quality of CAD and
original design work. Researched and developed original prints for various
customers and end uses, from stationary and wallpaper, to home goods and
fashion, managed customer accounts, invoicing, and professional networking
to increase client base.

Research and develop of original print artwork.
Render, scan, edit and re-colour original artwork for production using
NedGraphics, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Prepare print packages for overseas production, including pitch sheets,
strike-off requests, colour specifications, repeat information, and
artwork.
Review strike offs, colour match and approve samples for production
WebPDM data entry and maintainance.
2.2002-11.2004 York Wallcoverings ( York PA ( Designer
Worked directly with Stylists to develop designs for various markets, price
points and customer categories from high-end to child novelty.
Hand painted original artworks for wallpaper across all traditioal media
(oil, acrylic, gouache, pastel, pen and ink, pencil) as well as original
artworks using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Color separation for screen printing.
Organization and maintenance of artwork archive
Collaborated with management to improve technical skills of the entire
design team, initiated tutorials with engravers to increase quality and
efficiency of in-house design. Enabled CAD work to move more efficiently
onto engraving and final production phases. Demonstrated great efficiency,
flexibility, and excellent communication skills while working with various
team leaders to achieve desired products across a wide product style range.
