I have over 20 years of practical on-hands experience learning and using various software

programs. This has allowed me to learn new programs rapidly. Software I know includes

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and similar programs. The many years of retail

experience has provided for intense training to multi-task using the phone and computers.

Mini-Bar Attendant involved stocking small refrigerators in the guest rooms. Streamlined the

process of checking rooms, stocking, and closing the checks. Worked in Room Service as

both a cashier and a server during this process. Each shift had it's list of opening and closing

duties. Part of being the room service attendant meant also giving assistance to the

restaurant and the bar. Constantly updated the menus in the rooms with the flowing change of

Chef's. $6.25/hour + tips

Guest Services Manager initial duties included keeping hours within reason for our Guest

Service Associates, making sure the front counter area was always clean and making sure

included maintaining cleanliness and animal care in our small animals department. Worked

on a second planogram integrity project before the end of 2006. Assisted in the end of 2007

and beginning of 2008 to reset all planograms in the store under new management.

Started as lead department associate for the Kitchen Corner/Housewares. Main duties were

customer service, stocking, and planogram integrity. Accepted the People Coach position in

Oct 2007 as the Human Resources contact for the store, handling all payroll, schedules,

training and hiring/firing for an average of 80-100 employees depending on the season. This

did not include the salaried management members. $15.85/hour
