management. Site administrator for multiple SharePoint and iShare team sites. Conducted various training

sessions on incident bulletin creation, subscription, and new timesheet procedures. Responsible for keeping

organizational chart and desk layouts up to date for all of Operations along with providing functional

assistance for project and time approvals in PlanView.

Learned how to capture metrics including service call, event, problem, and change tickets, backup

scheduling tool from CNTL-M to CA-7. This was accomplished weeks ahead of an already constrained

timeline.

Reduced preparation time from 5 hours to less than 15 minutes and eliminated run errors by

reorganizing and automating date calculations with Excel formulas and macros for the weekly

Operations run schedules.

Developed an easy to use professional looking standard Operations Turnover Log Report distributed

to management and business users.

Created a standard report for all major operations Service Level Agreements and eliminated human

error by automatically calculating the SLA compliance.
