Quality Process Engineer – Upfront quality planning on new product launches. Trained company
employees on Customer process and product requirements. Developed the Quality System -
AS9100 approved January 2004.
Lean Coordinator – Responsible for process improvements through the application of Lean
Manufacturing techniques. This includes the analysis of product and information flows through the
Value Stream.
Quality Engineer – Implemented process improvements in the Chem-Film department. Instituted
training programs in gage R&R and basic statistical methods. Implemented statistical process
controls for Boeing product. Conducted quality system surveys on subcontractors. Conducted
Advanced Quality Planning on new processes and products.
Project Manager – Researched and coordinated the implementation of a new Chemical Film
department. This involved new equipment, electrical, drainage, ventilation, and plumbing
requirements. Conducted a comparison of chemical suppliers. Results of this study produced
significant cost savings and a change in our chemical supplier.
