• Reduced the defect rate on AS/400 PCBs by 90% using Lean Six Sigma and corrective action,

managing these activities for over 200 people during the conversion to a Lean Six Sigma culture.

on PCBAs by in three months and by a factor of 10 over five years, using Lean and DFM methods.
