Recruited as Project Manager to turn-around troubled software project with budget of $0.4M and aggressive 11

months timeframe.

As part of feasibility analysis estimated the overall cost and schedule for the entire project using use case point

analysis, aiding management to make go/no-go decision.

Co-developed software development plan with nine one-month iterations. Initial scope of iterations for

Elaboration/Construction phases focused primarily on developing Orthogonal Array engine.

Instituted structured change management process effectively mitigating “scope-creep” risk and boosting team

b) Online Learning Application - application manages the delivery of self paced, SCORM compliant e-learning course (Six Sigma
