Led product innovation and strategy and managed multiple projects:
- Developed a product extension to our GPS Fleet Tracking solution to notify consumers with an ETA (by text message or phone) when the service technician will arrive
- Developed Advertising Content Management and Publishing application with mobile component (merchant coupon redemption via QR code scanning and server authentication)
- Developed social media strategy to raise awareness and increase advertising revenue

. Program Manager, CRM and Contact Center Solutions (2000-2005) - Global responsibility
for Contact Centers. Project Manager for the design and successful deployment of an Application Service Provider based pilot. Applied significant expertise in work processes to align and train the business customers. The pilot program served as the showcase for the company of a
global multi-channel infrastructure and case management solution.
Led project to develop in-house solution (Avaya Interaction Center on Unix). Managed the project to install all components and migrate the customers.
. Global Service Management Program Manager (1997-1999) - Led the transformation of the company to a "Service Management philosophy" to drive reliability and cost improvements and deliver a seamless customer experience for global SAP deployment. Negotiated an enterprise license and
introduced Hewlett-Packard's IT Service Manager solution in an Asia-based pilot and successfully deployed over 5,000 seats worldwide (Unix, Citrix, Cisco routers). Introduced
ITIL to the company, modeled the industry core work processes for Incident, Problem, Change,
Configuration and Service Level Management and led the training and organizational changes
needed to complete the transformation. Industry certified in ITIL Service Management.
. Global Infrastructure Manager (1995-1996) - Led the design and delivery of a secure and reliable computing and communications infrastructure for the Global Treasury System. Developed and managed a comprehensive project plan to migrate the business unit worldwide to a standard
network and workstation platform. In concert with Motorola, developed a highly secure environment (strong authentication and data encryption), and successfully managed the global deployment and ongoing operation in a sensitive business area. This included:
- Building the primary and backup data centers for the Windows servers
- Establishing security procedures and obtaining concurrence of Internal Auditing, outside auditors (D&T), and P&G Corporate Security
- Training all Treasury users worldwide
- Aligning all technology support groups (end user computing, server, communications) to meet new stringent procedures
. Project Manager, Financial Accounting Systems (1993-1994) - Responsible for the design, construction and implementation of US Region capital project management, purchasing and
accounts payable systems. Led the integration of 50 plant (HP3000) and corporate systems with reengineering savings of $80M per year.
. Technology Manager (1988-1992) - Led the development of the company's application messaging service to integrate strategic mainframe and midrange (Unix, DEC VAX) computing applications (EDI, Order Shipping Billing, Warehouse Management, etc.). Developed the breakthrough
client/server technology, prepared the business strategy and funded the global deployment of an X.400-based e-mail messaging infrastructure. Created enterprise management capabilities using Hewlett-Packard's OpenView suite to monitor and manage the worldwide network of servers on a
"lights out" basis.
