$20 Million in industrial building construction for Concurrent Technologies Corp. (CTC) (Provided

lead Project Management and architectural infrastructure design supervising 30+ CTC staff

engineers, industry subcontractors, and consulting engineers. Projects include the $8M

Environmental Technology Center in Johnstown PA, the $4M Demanufacturing Center in Largo FL

and many process technology installations for research and development. Some efforts included

validation of technology and physical transfer to the client site).

$15 Million in office expansions for CTC: (Provided lead Project Management and architectural

design supervising 10 or more CTC staff engineers and technicians, implementing the construction

of 30+ office locations across the US and Canada. Work included complete building renovations

from a 1,000 SF office facility to a multi million dollar renovation of a historic cotton mill in

Edgefield South Carolina). Management efforts included lease negotiations, and on site supervision

of many contractors and professional engineers.

$4.5M Industrial Facility for Power Safety, Indiana PA: (Negotiated with client to provide Fast

Track Project Management and to have this multi story industrial facility designed and built in less

than 9 months. Efforts included sole source contract negotiation and personal transportation to pick

up materials and products nation wide).

$4M US Army Reserve Center Johnstown, PA: (Construction Manager (CM) for a two story

operations center in Johnstown PA. Provide management and direction of ten (10) in-house staff

members, fifteen (15) subcontractors one (1) Quality Manager and one (1) Safety Officer. 18 month

project duration.

$4M Multi Tenant Professional Center Wayne Ave. Indiana PA: (Negotiated design build, Lead

Project Manager, and Architectural designer for this three (3) year effort of a one (1) story

renovation of an existing warehouse into a multi tenant condominium for medical and industry

professionals. The design included a two phased approach, Phase-I: Site and building

infrastructure, Phase-II: Lease, design and construction of individual suite condominiums).

$1.6M High School renovation Saegertown PA: (Competitive bid, Project Manager for this existing

school renovation: work included: demolition, new addition, window replacement, classroom

upgrades, terrazzo floors, new casework, and Division 10 specialties installations).

$1.5M Pre-engineered paint facility design in Fort Eustis VA: (Architectural Design: Provided an

alternative design to reduce the cost of conventional construction. This pre-engineered alternative

saved the client $1M in building costs).

$3.5M Building renovations, Indiana University PA: (Competitive bid and project managed several

projects on campus including: $1.8M renovations to Waller Hall auditorium and the 780K

renovations to Foster Dinning Hall to name a few).

$1M Pasco Tool and Die, Meadville, PA: (Negotiated a design build effort for a new tool and die

shop. Provided the architectural design and drafting, coordinated the mechanical and electrical

engineering, and provided lead project management).

$758K Industrial Incubator Multi Tenant Building, Indiana PA: (Competitive Bid and project

managed a new facility for start up companies in the Indiana PA area. Project consisted of a single

story office and high bay pre-engineered structure, masonry façade with built in flexibility for

expansion)

$500K Titusville Police Station Renovation: (Competitive bid and project managed the building

renovations including a new addition, new roof, new doors, windows, and internal office

modifications).

$260K Mercy Hospital Renovations, Johnstown PA: (Competitive Bid and project managed several

building renovation projects including a 5,000 SF office renovation requiring completion in 30

days).

$250K Union Local 354 Youngwood PA Office Addition: (Design Build/architectural lead and

Project Manager for the Plumbers and Pipe fitters new addition and building modifications. Project

included the design and installation of a new parking lot, pre-engineering structure, a retro fit roof,

and internal office modifications).

$250K Medical Facility Meadville PA: (Negotiated Design Build/architectural lead and project

manager for a new 2,000 SF medical office building. Coordinated all design disciplines
