HRIS & Compensation Manager

HRIS / project manager for Costpoint and system integration roll-outs including configuration design, implementation, and training. Manage, evaluate
and recommend enhancements and upgrades for all HRIS Systems. Design and manage the Performance Appraisal System and activities related to
merit increases and promotions. Responsible for creating and delivering custom queries and reports to support management’s data requests.
Responsible for maintaining all Human Resources related tables and codes with the HRIS environment in accordance with implementation and
maintenance of the training admin., recruitment, position tracking, and etc. modules. Provide user functionality testing for all system up-grades.
Provide feedback on utilization of the HRIS System to improve the efficiency of data flow. Perform job evaluation, market analysis, and competitive
assessment for new and existing positions. Act as consultant to management on compensation issues, including administration of merit increase
programs and providing counsel and guidance to managers on all compensation issues and concerns. Build and maintain on-going, effective
relationships with Finance, HR, and Operations, continually collaborating on compensation initiatives for relevant employee groups. Partner with
Payroll and IT to ensure accurate follow-up and execution of compensation programs. Develop presentation and communication materials for
compensation programs. Develop, implement, and continually enhance online compensation reporting tools. Analyze bonus exception trends and
implications. Analyze data from salary surveys and insure internal equity and external competitiveness for new and revised positions. Compile and
present findings and recommendations to corporate leadership. Purchased Lawson HRIS in 2008. Assigned as Project Manager / HRIS Manager and
began implementation in December 2008.
