company relationship with Factors. Additional responsibility includes implementing annual
budgets and issuing weekly production and variance reports. Administrative responsibilities
include the Human Resource function, safety programs and legal affairs and the purchasing of
domestic and foreign supplied raw materials.

Controller - $15MM trucking and freight broker
Responsible for cash management and banking relationships, general accounting including
accounts receivable, billing and accounts payable. Responsible for monthly variance reporting
against budget and weekly reports on operating results. Involved in evaluation and
implementation of employee benefit programs including 401k and group medical.
