for the accounting of fixed income (Bond) trades. Previously I was responsible for the closing of syndicates for all variety of corporate debt issues,

Accomplishments:

• Worked on successful merger of JPMorgan Chase and Bank One.

• Assisted on migration to new fixed income sub-ledger system (IMPACT – by ADP).

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is a division of Crowe Chizek CPA firm in Chicago IL. CFS staffs accountants out to client firms in both

temporary and permanent basis. I was staffed out on a temporary basis to two separate firms, United Airlines and Premier Corporation.

Accomplishments:

• While I was staffed out to United Airlines I helped the external lawyers handling UAL’s bankruptcy petition review all contracts where

United was a party.

• I created spreadsheet of contracts and recommendations based on approved criteria.

• Improved process of paying rebates to Premier’s cooperative’s members.

Duties

• Reconciled rebates due to members per purchasing agreement.

• Corrected errors generated by CAMS tool with the help of Siebel database.

McDonald’s Corporation is the largest quick service restaurant chain in the word. McDonald’s operates over 30,000 restaurants worldwide in over

150 countries, 14,000 restaurants in the Unites States alone. Approximately 2,000 of McDonald’s restaurants in the Unites States are company owned

and operated. I was directly responsible for all accounting issues for 40 of these restaurants.

Accomplishments:

• Created new policy to aid individual restaurant managers recognize fixed asset expenses.

• Instituted policy where individual managers are directly responsible for credit sales.

• Initiate policy that identified problem restaurants and workers to regional security office for loss prevention purposes.

• Created special reports to help restaurant managers identify areas of deficiency in their operations.

• Completed month-end close process for 40 restaurants.

• Completed 400-500 journal entries to general ledger during close process.
