• Recruited as Senior Finance Manager for one of the Midwest’s fastest growing privately owned

manufacturers of customer engineered steel replacement parts and related services for industrial

rolling mill, overhead crane and other material handling equipment.

• Manage company financing activities needed to effectively conduct and grow domestic and

international business, including establishing credit policies, negotiating letters of credit, setting

up bank guarantees, and managing risk management programs.

• Oversee international freight forwarding, invoicing, and collections activities.

• Develop effective financing and currency hedging strategies for business needs outside the US.
