R edesigned and rebuilt the Exchange 2003 organization onto new hardwar e. C reated a front - end

t o back - end Exchange Organization using Microsoft Best Practices. I mplemented ActiveSync, OWA,

a nd attached PDA Smartphones to the Exchange Server.

R edesigned the whole backup process using Backup Exec 11d, Continuous Protection Serv er, and

U pgraded the existing 3Com NBX 100 VoIP system with a new 3Com V3001R call processor.

E xpanded the existing APC UPS capacity from less than 10 minutes to over an hour of b attery

t ime. Coordinated with the electricians to fix b uilding e lectrical panel problems and wiring of the
