Two privately held technology ventures – a leading regional ISP and Data Center provider and a premium global Usenet provider
Recruited to transition the CFO role away from President/CFO. During my first year, I was able to streamline key
accounting and billing processes, revamp the Company’s 401k plan, and completely redesign the monthly financial
reporting process.
Business & Financial Leadership
Redesigned all key financial processes for operating efficiency and increased internal control.
Developed offering memorandum along with an investment bank for sale of a subsidiary. Key member of Road
