Wisconsin’s largest fully integrated health care system with $3.2B annual revenue.

Director of Operations

Recruited to lead operations for $18M department. Supervised the financial modeling process and regular

financial performance reviews at the Centralized Business Unit and system levels for presentation to the

Vice President and senior management. Reviewed, negotiated and managed all contracts with

philanthropy service providers and supervised outside counsel. Performed human resource functions for

65 person staff. Managed donor and data services team to assure that revenue was properly recorded and

reconciled with accounting, and that donors received timely acknowledgements. In the Vice President's

absence, assumed executive decision making for all areas of philanthropy.

Vice President on merit and incentive compensation issues and decisions.
