NBC Broadcast Booth for the 1996 Democratic National Convention at the United

Center in Chicago. ICI had six weeks to build this AIA award-winning structure,
included demolishing five suites. After the convention, booth was removed, five
suites were rebuilt in nine days to meet a concert deadline.
Renovation and design concepts: Volvo, Range Rover and Infiniti dealerships.

Construction: Rock Bottom Brewery in Chicago. Complete interior demolition of

existing buildings started in late June; restaurant opened for business in October.
Construction: Century Station in St. Charles, IL. Four levels, 40,000 SF. total

Desmond Construction: Several million-dollar-plus special equipment foundations for
Caterpillar, a new industrial building for Richards-Wilcox that included vacating and re-
routing all utilities in an Aurora street and a large free-standing retail auto parts store.
Dillon Enterprises: Applebee’s Restaurant
T. F. Clark Construction: Klauss Recreation Center, Roselle Park District a
90,000 SF + freestanding recreational facility.
Capitol Construction: Primarily retail and office construction. Built over 1 million SF
new shopping center space; Avenue O Plaza, Naper West Plaza, Aurora Commons,
Main Street Commons. All interior build outs and DRIVIT canopy work. “Big box” of
precast wall panels for Venture stores, Highland Appliance and Jewel Osco.
