o Headed the client service delivery of Blake Dawson’s subsidiary compliance training business:
salt™ - online legal compliance training system*.
o Extensive experience consulting with Senior Counsel, Compliance Managers and HR professionals to
implement their compliance training strategy organisation wide. This included presenting to Executive
Management on the benefits of embedding a positive compliance culture in the workplace.
o Originated and led the Expansion to Asia Project. This involved working with Mitsui & Co Asia
Pacific in Singapore to deliver their business risk policies on anti-corruption, ethics, anti-competition
and discrimination in Simplified and Traditional Chinese to 17 offices in Asia Pacific.
o Overall management of 85 client organisations, in particular construction, pharmaceutical, and energy

o Led the system upgrade of 28 client organisations. Managed clients’ expectations in their technology
