Developed and Launched the Stand Alone Dwelling Fire Platform, working directly with an outside vendor for development,
testing. Launched 32 states in less than 6 months to including training of all field reps. Acted in a primary role for the
development of an Employee Recognition program at Kemper. Handled two new state launches for the South Central
