Prepare monthly reports for assigned states, such as sales and conversion metrics. Prepare analysis for certain underwriting characteristics, example marital

status, age, pre credit tier, market segments and full coverage verses liability policies, loss ratio analysis by market for new business, renewal business and in

total. Prepare ad hoc reports and product review analysis upon request. Responsible for delivering key results to senior managers via email or in

presentation form and making recommendations for pricing, coverage changes aimed at improving profit, retention and growth based on

various analyses. Complete competitors and market analysis. Identify and analyze mix shift trends in states, as a result of new program changes. Prepare

Produce and interpret standard report for division use. Monitor business performance in states including, but not limited to, prospects growth, conversion ratio,

earned premium growth, underwriting profitability, retention, etc. Produce analysis to support Product Manager on product related issues such as Written and

Earned Premium distribution, retention, policies in force, limits and vehicle counts. Creatively employ analytical tools to help solve business problems or

identify opportunities. Use querying tools and other research methods to gather data. Help identify issues to be addressed in order to improve pricing practices,

Review incoming files for proper identification of insurance carrier information, send out subrogation demands on commercial and personal auto claims.

Follow up with insurance carrier regarding the status of demands, argue and review liability disputes, labor costs, until amicable settlements are made for

payment in full. Initiate legal actions for suit against insurance carrier or referral to arbitration. Review incoming uninsured claims for quality and proper

identification of the correct adverse party, then make contact by phone with at fault party or attorney if necessary, skip trace if necessary; send correspondence

for recovered amount. Negotiate with adverse party for payment in full; cash out settlement or monthly payment plan. Refer to collection agency or initiate

legal action through in house legal unit or a network of external attorneys, until the customer complies or legal action leads to payoff through post judgment

actions such as earning attachments or property liens. Successfully complete IR1 Casualty training on Policy interpretation, Coverage investigations,

Indemnification, Liability, Central loss reporting unit, Statement taking, hard copy file maintenance, Subrogation, Salvage handling, and Introduction to
