Manager, Client Services

Led team of account managers who work to anticipate and deliver technology solutions to over 70 long term care

clients, including skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and hospice care companies, conducting goal planning,

performance management and career planning for all employees.

Co-wrote Change Management process and was final approver on all client-affecting changes.
