other documents. Extensive data entry experience with respect to SEC filings.

Accomplished a cost savings of over $300,000 by implementing SEC documentation production in-house. Additionally,

realized a company savings of over $200,000 in the negotiation with state tax officials in all 50 states with respect to closing a
