Programming Project Manager / Business System Analyst
• Project Manager for EDI Solution Transition (Gentran to Inovis). Worked with 15 EDI customers, third-party
consultants and order processing personnel in the analysis, development, testing and validation of new EDI maps.
Developed project plan. Verified accuracy of data. Documented new EDI process.
• Led team that conducted GAP Analysis for the integration of two different ERP systems (ASI to PRMS). Worked
with consulting firm personnel and key internal users to identify and document major business process
differences. Worked with users to setup test scripts and test new business processes.

manufacturing, accounting, purchasing, warehouse, distribution, research and development and sales and

construction. The company transitioned through two acquisitions, first a purchase by Laufen International and then the
acquisition of Laufen by Roca Radiadores, a multi-billion manufacturer headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

(Intermec) and barcode label machines (SATO).
• Y2K Project Manager. Identified all mission critical customers, suppliers, vendors and computer systems for the
plant and office. Contacted each hardware and software vendor for Y2K compliance. Wrote Business
Contingency Plan. Analyzed all in-house written programs for compliance and programmed necessary changes.
• Developed the company’s electronic data interchange (EDI) solution. Transaction sets included Invoicing,
Purchase Order, Functional Acknowledgments and Advanced Shipping Notices. Responsible for the data
synchronization initiative with Home Depot.
• Responsible for the company’s IT computer network and communication infrastructure throughout the United
States. This included over 190 users at the company’s plants, warehouses, and retail branches. Managed the
