programs, to retrofit cage washer system controlled by a Fanuc 90/30 PLC at University
of Mississippi Animal Research Facility in Jackson, MS.
Pump Station System: Developed new PLC controlled pump station design. Generated
AutoCad electrical schematics and directed panel shop on construction, developed and
debugged PLC program. Pump Station developed as a line of 208V/230V/480V
products consisting of two, three or four pumps ranging between two and fifty
horsepower.

mix tank. Process required controlling consistent rate addition of 206 pounds of OPA to 1500
gallons of water flowing at approximately 45 gallons per minute maintained at a temperature
between 125.6 F to 134.6 F. Additional requirements were interfacing to an existing Process
PLC for seamless operation with current process as well as extensive machine alarming and
diagnostics for operation and downtime troubleshooting. Responsible for generation and
execution of FDA regulated equipment qualification validation documentation.
Project Atlantic Machine Moves: Coordinated and supervised de-installation of six
adaptic flatbed machines installed in Gargrave England. Responsible for working with
engineers from Gargrave for transfer of programs, software and documentation.
Adaptic Flatbed Modification: Modified PLC, Optimate operator interface and Emerson
servo drive programs to detect missed registration as well as complete machine fault
