President & Founder
Founded and managed this company with the mission of merging a set of services addressing safety and
regulatory compliance while providing proper injury treatment and management. This business model
provided your average safety and compliance services.
However, we also had a medical clinic staffed with registered nurses and one physician providing medical
oversight. The clinic offered pre-employment drug screens and physicals. Our nurses also served as
contract company nurses for area business. If a company would receive a minor injury they would send it to
our clinic. An RN would assess the injury and determine if further medical treatment was needed. If
possible, they would simply provide basic first aid avoiding an OSHA recordable and/or lost time injury. If
the injury required further medical treatment by a physician, the RN would select an appropriate provider
and then serve as a case manager ensuring proper patient care while also protecting the client company’s
interest.
